Unfortunately culled by the 2008/10 recession, this ambitious 200 villa project was set to become the focus residential area for those wishing to stay over for Dubai's theme park areas... however, we proved that given a limited space, luxurious executive town houses could be developed and indeed initial comments from prospective investors was deemed above expectations at the time of proposals and concepts..  Maybe this will come to fruition in the years to follow...
