Villa 16

One of four bespoke individual villas in Jumeirah Park, Dubai.  This family villa was almost under construction before it was announced the bedrooms had to be increased in number due to the arrival of twins to add to the already family of five... but that's life, and a joyous problem to resolve...

We used every square inch of the permitted allowable built up area, as controlled by the authorities, but still managed to incorporate a courtyard, garage, bridge and a large covered alfresco area for the family to enjoy in the cooler months of the year...

Half open plan and half set out in a more traditional way, the villa enjoys spaces for different members to relax and away from the rest when required... A first floor tv room has its own spacious balcony with swing seats, the master bedroom suite has spacious dressing area and a bathroom with full round tub directly under a round skylight, accompanied by a steam shower room...  And with the ground floor open plan areas, by sliding a "wall" you can separate the dining from the kitchen in one easy sweep...
