One of four family bespoke villas that I designed for a leading business family in Dubai.. Although each villa maintains integrity in the theming of the architecture, I worked closely with each family to ensure the final design met with their needs and desires...and also VASTU compliant...

The central helix stairs has a 25mm thick aluminium curved and polished central banister, with an external curved glass allowing this staircase to feel solid and strong and yet light and airy at the same time..  looking up through the middle is a geometric wonder... The stairs are made in steel, fabricated onsite and back filled with concrete, meaning solid underfoot and no ringing, sound, normally associated with this type of stairs..

The main living space is mostly open plan with the kitchen and dining one step higher than the lower lounge..

Externally, I have tried to add sunshadiny wherever possible and especially where the family will sit and alfresco dine on cooler Dubai evenings.. this also allows for optional fly screens to be added to create a large external area for more all year around use.  Please click through the images above to view more of this villa...
