The central courtyard not only uses natural resources to keep a little cooler in the summer, but also houses an enclosed Rea to sit quietly and watch the Koi Carp swimming around their deep pool...

No need to go out... a home cinema, pool, spa, various reception areas culminating in a family home where I have ergonomically designed each area to accommodate for all functions.

And if that's not enough, you can work out in the gym and take a sauna or steam room experience into the bargain... who needs a hotel ?...
